MANILA, Philippines — 43 lamang sa 254 na legislative district sa Pilipinas ang lumihis at hindi lumahok sa patuloy na pagtulak para sa people’s initiative Charter change (Cha-change), ayon kay Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri.

Tinukoy ni Zubiri ang 43 distrito sa kanyang privileged speech na binigkas sa plenaryo session noong Lunes.

“I call them 43-Strong—that held off, out of the 254 districts. Iyan po ang hindi pa nagbibigay ng signatures. We salute all of them for standing strong,” said Zubiri.

Tinukoy niya ang mga distritong ito bilang mga sumusunod:

Pambansang Punong Rehiyon

  • Manila – Ika-6 na Distritong Pambatas
  • Marikina – 1st at 2nd Legislative Districts
  • Valenzuela – 1st at 2nd Legislative Districts
  • Parañaque – 1st at 2nd Legislative Districts
  • Las Piñas Lone Legislative District
  • Malabon Lone Legislative District
  • Pasig Lone Legislative District
  • San Juan Lone Legislative District
  • Taguig Lone Legislative District
  • Taguig-Pateros Lone Legislative District

KOTSE

  • Benguet – Lone Legislative District
  • Baguio – Lone Legislative District
  • Kalinga – Lone Legislative District
  • Mountain Province – Lone Legislative District

Rehiyon I

  • Ilocos Norte – 1st at 2nd Legislative Districts
